Back in 2010, right after the financial crisis....

I was a realtor. A broke realtor....

Struggling to figure out where my next client was coming from.

ALL WHILE playing professional baseball after being drafted by the Oakland Athletics.

I got a stinking $20,000 as a signing bonus...

ALL OF IT went right to rent, bills, travel, food, my family back home, leaving me stuck...

It's CRAZY to say this now but...

"Now I make $20k on my average wholesale deal and I don't even need to spend a dime to do it."

I was ONLY a realtor to help me supplement my income.

No one was even buying at the time in my area.

And I wasn't getting paid enough to stay in baseball.

I was then unfortunately released from the Oakland A's...

Tried playing overseas where I was making pennies on the dollar.

It was embarrassing.

I had to make a change.

So In 2015, I made a decision to dip my toes into the world of real estate investing.

Armed with newfound knowledge from resources like Bigger Pockets, I learned about wholesaling, flipping, and hard money loans, which opened up a world of opportunities for me.

I MAXED out my credit cards and pulled together enough for a down payment... I embarked on my first real estate venture, purchasing my first flip property.

This first flip proved to be a turning point in my career.

With a profit of $25,000 from that initial deal, I realized that real estate could be a long term play.

I reinvested my earnings into more deals, kickstarting a journey that lead to me flipping five homes my first year...

20 in the second....

50 in the third...

and nearly 150 by my fourth year.

This led to hundreds of more flips and wholesale deals resulting in over $100M in revenue...
